1. Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened tape, used boxes, or partially used packing materials cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
4. Process
• To request a return, please contact our office by phone or email.
• Once the return is approved, you may bring the items back or ship them to our warehouse.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
